So you own a trade show booth, it’s over a few years old. The look is somewhat out-dated. Your company’s image has changed and now you wish to have this reflected in your trade show booth. Do you refurbish your existing booth or do you look to purchase new. Here are few indications as to know whether to refurbish or to seek a new booth design.
Older trade show booths tend to be extremely heavy in weight. Shipping to and from the convention hall can be costly. Drayage cost will also be more expensive as oppose to lighter trade show booth. Alternately it maybe more cost effective for you to purchase or rent a newer trade sow booth.
Booth set up and installation can be costly as well as time consuming. If you?re older booth is a hassle to set up or take an extremely long time to set up. You may wish to look at other alternatives to cut you time and cost down
It maybe tie to change your booth or refurbish if your trade show exhibit booth looks outdated. Your booth says a great deal about your company. Your booth should reflect your company image
Most new booth o today are much lighter and take up less space. If you are paying for storage and never seem to get the best out of your stored booth, then it?s time to refurbish or get a newer trade show both
Not all the time it is economical for you to refurbish. There are time when the cost to refurbish is just not worth it. You may have the choice to use older existing components with newer ones to make the entire exhibit booth look new and refreshed. You may wish to get rid of all the heavier components and only keep the lighter ones. Cost and weight as well as image should be your deciding factors on whether to refurbish on not
Ultimately looking your best at the trade show is what you are shooting for. Never cheat yourself by not putting the proper amount of funds into your image. Image ultimately determines your company’s success. Thinking you are saving a great deal buy refurbishing your old trade show booth may not be the answer. It may be better to get a new up to date trade show booth, which will ultimately give you the right image.
